Accommodation

The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd. (ICS)) is the official housing bureau for iMig 2025 and will assist with the coordination of housing requirements for Delegates.

Discounted room rates as well as additional amenities have been negotiated and contracted with the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown hotel and are only available to delegates and groups who book through the housing bureau. Although iMig and the housing bureau have done their due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rate, we cannot predict future specials hosted by competing hotels. However, we urge all Delegates to book at the iMig 2025 contracted hotel.  

The iMig 2025 Conference cannot meet contracted room obligations if Delegates reserve rooms outside the official Conference hotel.  Rooms that are not filled create an expense for iMig in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Conference and iMig at risk, which increases with each Delegate, Supporter and/or Exhibitor who stays outside the Conference contracted hotel. 

Note: Delegates can only book accommodation after completing their registration application for iMig 2025.
