The International Mesothelioma Interest Group (iMig) is a community of physicians, nurses, basic and translational researchers, and patient advocates who are committed to improving the care and survival of mesothelioma patients through collaborative basic, translational and clinical research and education.

As not only the original and longest standing (1995), iMig is the only society dedicated solely to the study of mesothelioma. iMig aims to be the central body promoting research, innovative treatments, and education for mesothelioma.

iMig stives to play a central role identifying and endorsing the best treatments available for mesothelioma patients today and establishing the best possible treatments for tomorrow.

This online-prospectus outlines several flexible options for maximizing corporate brand recognition and customer contacts. These opportunities are available as stand-alone items or as a package for various sponsorship levels.

To reach a sponsorship level, you can:  

  • Design your own sponsorship package by choosing items from the options shown in the upcoming tabs (booths, advertising opportunities, speaking opportunities, brand exposure, interactive activities and more*) or;  
  • Make a general contribution to the Congress by selecting only the sponsorship level or;
  • Choose a combination of items and general contribution 

The exhibition is a vital part of iMig 2025 and every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct engagement opportunities with delegates. Poster boards, networking breaks, Welcome and more will all take place in the Exhibit hall.

Booth Inclusions:

  • 2 Complimentary badges
  • Up to one (1) table, (2) two chairs & a wastebasket, pipe & drape structure.
  • Display panel with Exhibitor name.
  • Conference website listing – including logo, weblink & 50-word description.
  • Maximum of four (4) additional Exhibitor Badges per 10’x10’ at USD 350 per badge.
  • Access to the participants list 60/30 days before the Conference (consent only contacts with no emails)

The Exhibitor Manual documenting all relevant showcasing information will be available early 2025. It will also include the order forms for additional booth accessories and special requests (i.e. power, lighting, display materials, graphics, food & beverage, lead retrievel etc.).

Space Allocation 
Exhibit space allocation will start in early 2025, and level sponsors will have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-booked, first-served” basis, as long as payment is received. 

No Exhibitor may sublet or share with another Exhibitor. 

Limited ad on opportunity:

This creative way of guiding delegates through the exhibit hall not only catches their eye but also directs a steady stream of traffic right to your doorstep.

Limited meeting/office space is available for you to host reviews, meetings, staff offices, press rooms, etc. 

  • Includes basic AV package, including projector and screen.

  • The Conference will send out an e-Blast to all registered delegates approximately one month prior to the Conference highlighting all industry sessions and can contain your invitation as a link.
  • Be acknowledged as a sponsor of the Industry Satellite Symposia with your logo on the Conference website, Mobile App and Program. Room Equipment:

In order to enhance the scientific program, the sponsor must:

  • Provide the symposium program as well as presentation slides to the Conference Secretariat and Organizing Committee for approval.
  • The content and format of the symposium or its related materials must promote improvements or quality in healthcare and not a specific proprietary business interest or a commercial interest.
  • Titles must be indicative of the program topics

Additional AV equipment as well as lead retrieval, can be ordered through the Conference Secretariat after the guidelines are distributed.   

Food & Beverage 
We highly encourage Symposia organizers to offer food and beverage to their audience. All F&B costs are separate from the speaking opportunity fee.  

Promotion
 
Extra promotion can be purchased separately as an app push notification, delegate bag insert item, banner ad on eblast and more. These additional promotional opportunities are available in the advertisement tab on this online-prospectus.

Abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed on poster boards in the Exhibit Hall. Presenters will be present during the Networking Breaks and Poster Viewing on their specific day to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates. Food and beverage will be offered during Poster Mixer with Poster Discussions, to generate a festive atmosphere conducive to beneficial exchanges.

  • Have your logo displayed on all poster numbers and food & beverage tables-tops.
  • Be acknowledged as one of the sponsors of the Poster Session with your logo on the digital program.

Pens and Notepads (Exclusive)

Ensure every delegate is well-prepared and comfortable throughout the Conference by sponsoring the pens and notepads.

Volunteer Shirts (02 Available)

Volunteers are necessary to ensure the Conference runs smoothly. All volunteers will wear shirts for clear identification.

  • Have your logo on the shirts sleeve (provided by the Conference Secretariat) along with the Conference logo.

Networking Breaks

Networking opportunities are among the most important reasons delegates attend Conferences. The Conference will provide complimentary snacks and refreshments in the Exhibit Hall for all attendees during the morning and afternoon breaks.

  • Have table top cards with your logo on all food and beverage stations during your selected networking break(s)

Delegate Help Desk (Exclusive)

The Delegate Help Desk will be located within the registration area. Staff will be available to assist delegates with any questions they may have regarding the Conference, floorplan, Philadelphia and more.

Table at Conference Dinner

Call for availability

Sponsor one table at the Conference Dinner, and have the opportunity to invite delegates to seat at your table and have the opportunity to display promotional materials at your selected table.

Wireless Internet will be available throughout the Conference venue at no charge allowing delegates to use the Onsite Mobile App, access abstracts online and connect with other delegates and colleagues.

The Charging Station will allow attendees to power up their mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices for free. The Charging Station will be in the exhibit area.

Conference Directional Signage (Exclusive)

Sufficient directional signage throughout the venue is very important and one of the key components to make the Conference a worthwhile experience for delegates.

Delegate Bags (Exclusive)

Call for availability

Each attendee will receive a delegate bag upon check-in at the registration desk. These practical bags will carry the Conference materials, personal items, providing continuous exposure both during and after the congress.

  • Have your logo on the delegate bag along with the Conference logo (bags provided by the Conference Secretariat).
  • Have the opportunity to include a promotional insert in the delegate bag (supplied by Sponsor; insert to be approved by the Conference Secretariat).

Onsite Mobile Application (Exclusive)

The Mobile App will be provided to delegates free of charge. The Mobile App will include the full Conference program, exhibit floorplan including exhibitor biographies as well as general Conference information. Timely updates about Conference program changes or important announcements will be sent through the app via notification alerts.

Conference Dinner (Exclusive)

iMig 2025 will promote a dinner to all delegates. This is a paid event for delegates and their guests. The supporter of this social event will have the opportunity to engage with the delegates and increase the visibility with the iMig 2025 delegates.
